My brother and I went to the zoo today and I begged him to snap some photos under a pretty canopy of trees near the red wolves exhibit. No point in wearing something moderately cute if there are no photos for the blog, right? Among other things, we saw a baby tiger being fed breakfast, polar bears eating lunch, river otters chatting to us, and a sumatran tiger biting his own tail. We ended the zoo day with sushi and a horror film (the weird Cabin in the Woods) and headed to my grandmother's house for some dinner. It was, all in all, an exhausting day but I am happy to be home in my warm, cozy house, surrounded by both family, kitty, and Ben.
I'm feeling pretty lucky to have my brother here with me. We've been having a great time together and I'll be posting some more photos of our time together (and of us together) soon! For now, I'm just basking in the joy of having a brother around to just be with. Happy weekend!
