I may have just had the laziest weekend possible. I didn't do much that was productive during the day. On Friday night, I finished with a work happy hour and headed home to do take-out Thai, watch Frozen and The Hunger Games, and go to bed at a reasonable time (read: 10:30!). Saturday I lazed around all day after realizing that my shopping needs to halt after buying my new couch. That evening Ben and I went to the next brewery on our list for an amazing burger and some awesome IPA. Today, I watched countless hours of Dawson's Creek (sometimes painful and always entertaining) and then Ben came home and we went to the gym (a win!) and I made dinner for us both which is a pretty rare occasion in this house. We did have some gorgeous Northwest sunshine and I think it warmed up to fifty outside, though I generally ignored it, wrapped up in my Pendleton blanket with Netflix drowning out the outside world.
Sometimes you really need a weekend to just totally decompress, relax, and heal your sore muscles from a work outing that involved curling (I was really good at it by the way!).
