All The World Was Green

CP and I are neighbors and we live next to this beautiful park decorated in ponds, playgrounds, historical monuments and artifacts, a lawn bowling field, and constant people/dog/children traffic. Today we took our photoshoot outside, to pose next to some pretty old canons and green park benches, perfect colors for the season and our weekend moods. As for the outfit, I bought the dress in Denver last summer so that I had something simple to wear out that I could accessorize. I purchased the scarf at a boutique having a winter sale and love the light, sometimes rough, feel of the raw silk. It's also a color I rarely wear, so it's a good, baby step toward trying colors other than blue and black! The bag is the best item of the group, as I found it (brand new!) thrifting this weekend at a clothing boutique called Nanette's in the antique district near my house. Isn't it beautiful? It's hard to find a Coach bag without gaudy labels, but luck was on my side!
Cardigan, dress, sandals: Forever21 (similar cardigan, sandals); Scarf: Raw silk, bought at a small boutique on Bainbridge Island; Bag: Vintage Coach bag thrifted at Nanette's Clothing boutqiue this weekend
