Honesty is the Best Policy

The lovely and kind folks over at SkinCareRx recently sent over a few samples for us to try out. So exciting! I love fun new beauty products! 

This week I washed my face each morning with B. Kamins Bio-Maple Botanical Face Cleanser for oily to normal skin. The bottle itself boasts of "ridding the skin of excess sebum to reduce breakouts." I felt like it did just that. On mornings when I exercised, this was especially helpful. The consistency is that of a light lotion as you apply it to your face and décolletage, but rinses away very clean. My face felt smooth and refreshed each time!

A particularly warm and sunny and week like this last one was the perfect time to try out their Bio-Maple sun bar UVshield spf 48 for fair or sun-sensitive skin (of which I have both). This oil and fragrance free lotion had a light and non-greasy feel to it and was just the ticket to me enjoying a bit of Vitamin D without acquiring a lobster-like hue.

Last, but not least I tested out the B. Kamins Bio-Maple Lip Balm. This was incredibly hydrating and lovely on my lips. I would highly recommend it as a purse and/or makeup bag staple.
