Sometimes you think you know something. And then you get there and even though you were right, it's still more than what you thought simply because it goes from being abstract to being real. 

Whoa...deep. 

No, not really. I just mean that heading into graduate school I knew it would mean a lot of reading and hard work and late nights and stretching my mind in ways I haven't had to in years. And now I'm on the Friday of my first week and it's like WOW! This is REALLY a lot of reading and hard work and late nights and I am stretching my mind in ways I haven't had to in years!!! So strange that you can fully expect something to happen, have it happen and still feel jolted by the sudden weight of it all.

I am loving it so far and the people, I mean everyone, is so incredibly wonderful so far. So here's to another week of being surprised by the obvious! :)
