Je Ne Sais Quoi

KW and I have written before about how posing in the park can be a high-risk situation. Transient folks are drawn to both of and and KW's fancy camera. This day was no different. Here we were snapping away and twirling in leaves and suddenly we were receiving photography advice from a street individual who punctuated his tips by blowing raspberries at us and trailing off into a nonsensical story about an ant going for a walk. He requested that I hand him a leaf because it would make a good action shot and when I obliged he exclaimed 

"This is the day I got a leaf from a woman...not a beautiful one..but..."

Maybe he meant the leaf? But it was a pretty beautiful leaf. I suppose I just didn't have that je ne sais quoi he was used to encountering in the alleyways of downtown Tacoma.
