I've spent the day cleaning the apartment (a much overdue cleaning!) and prepping for a dinner party I'm headed to later in the evening. I'm making a butternut squash tart with a chile honey drizzle and fried sage leaf garnish... needless to say there is quite a bit thawing and preparation needed.
In the interest of time, I'm going to keep this post short and encourage you to pick up a copy of Bon Appetit (what I'm reading in the post and cooking from tonight) - it's a gorgeous fall issue with delicious treats just begging to be made filling the pages. Happy Saturday!
