It's my 25th birthday today! Last year I spent it in Hawaii going on a french picnic in the mountains with my family. This year? I'm in Denver with my good friends (and bridesmaid) for a work trip turned extended weekend vacation! I certainly miss my cat, but it's really nice to be back in Denver during this warm weather and exploring with our friends. So far, we ate Mexican food, did a bunch of beer tastings downtown, bought some new books, grilled, swam in their pool, went out to a Creole cafe for brunch, and are headed out to do a french picnic redux in Denver today. We hope to catch some jazz in the park and maybe see a good thunderstorm roll through on this warm day.
I have been dying to post these photos of a new outfit (this Chicwish top is flattering and is only $19 and these boyfriend jeans from Gap are also on sale) and some gorgeous photos that Leah of Leah Hope Photography took of me early last week. She is a lovely lady that is visiting PDX this summer but normally works as a portrait, engagement, and maternity photographer in Phoenix, Arizona.
