Madame Librarian

Someday, in the hopefully not too far future, I will be a librarian. It is where I belong for many reasons, but for the purposes of this blog post I will talk about how absolutely darling 'librarian chic' is as a style. Go ahead and do a quick Google Images search of that and you'll see what I mean (but then come back!). When I'm not lusting after nautical, coastal New England-ish clothing items, I am considering how many tweed skirts and heeled oxfords one girl can own without being featured on an episode of Hoarders. It's a good thing 'preppy' and 'academic' have so many basics, such as the cardigan, in common. ~CP

Cardigan: Old Navy; Tank Top: Target; Skirt: h&m; Belt: h&m; Tights: Target; Heeled oxfords: Kohl's; Rose pin & earrings: antique family heirloom

  6. Your outfit is so cute; it's trendy and chic, yet still professional. I have also loved books and felt at home in libraries, although I never wanted to work in one; way too quiet for me :). Pleas visit my blog and follow me back if you like it!
