Flower Child

The perils of the park include less than ideal lighting, the city's renegade youth, grass stains, dog bombs,  joggers and of course insane homeless people who follow you around and scream scary bird noises while you try to pose for photos. We are very lucky to have this easily accessible and gorgeous park serving as our backyard, but today was mildly upsetting since he kept it up nearly our entire sprint home. It was a warm, muggy evening with only a few little sun breaks here and there. It's nice to have temperatures that make it possible to wear tops that don't require a sweater or jacket over them. These shoes were great with my skinny jeans today, just as they were with my skirt last week. They made me feel more put together and ready for summer weather. They are not, as it turns out, the best shoes to wear when you have to escape the taunting of an intoxicated park person.
