This dress from Pepa Loves makes me want to hop a boat to a far off isle and frolic all day. I'm thinking specifically of Greece, perhaps the Peloponnese where I can drink wine out of little glasses and eat delicious salads all day, in between brief swims. I'm counting down to my vacation already and this dress is the perfect kick-start to a fun weekend that culminates in a stay at a lovely hotel on the Kona coast of the Big Island. Ben and I have our bags ready to be packed and I can't wait to be posting style posts from the warm balcony of our hotel room. 85 degrees and breezy? Perfect.
Other than prepping to head out of Tacoma, I'm planning some awesome giveaways on the blog including my first blog group giveaway (and a 1,000 follower belated hooray giveaway). It has been so rewarding to meet lovely friends through this blog that are willing to help host fantastic giveaways like the one that's coming up. I never thought I'd be emailing back and forth with other bloggers, wondering what they were up to, and generally carrying on like neighbors and friends. But, it's finally happened and I couldn't be happier to have this little community to carry me through the rough parts of the week and make the great parts even more fantastic!
