A combination of terrible weather, crazy schedules, and general malaise (on both CP and I's part) led to the recent dearth in posting material. Luckily we got a reprieve from the rain yesterday and were able to take photos after work outside. As you know, fall, winter, and spring in Washington state are wet affairs and so to find a moment without a downpour is a rare opportunity. We were absolutely freezing outside and tried to take the photos before our hands froze in the high-forty degree afternoon.
I am spending this Saturday alone, editing photos, listening to the Head and the Heart on repeat, and drinking chai tea with my cat. My boyfriend is out volunteering at a homeless connect clinic and he'll be home this evening. I'm hoping to go out for drinks later as we spent our Friday night at home, eating fall treats and watching TV shows. Happy weekend!
